Our Mediation Services

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a process where the parties can come together discuss the issues in dispute through guided conversations and come to an agreement that is mutually beneficial.

The ADR process allows for each party to be heard, understood and be respected in a safe and neutral environment. The mediator will allow each party to discuss the issues concerning them and will guide the discussion ensuring each party feels heard, and has the opportunity to express their concerns and have their point of view heard.

Attitude Mediation can facilitate mediations for local neighbour disputes, employment disputes, family provisions disputes, and we can mediate family law disputes, providing a section 60I certificate where needed.

At Attitude Family Law we operate in the Port Stephens and Hunter Valley regions. We are flexible enough that we can conduct mediation by telephone, or using virtual technology. If you would like to meet face to face we can book and arrange an appropriate neutral venue from several secure venues.
